Clearbrook Capital Partners LLP is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Services Authority and was established in 2004 by former members of the WestLB Principal Finance Team.  Clearbrook's Managing Partner is Robin Saunders and Sir Ronald Grierson heads the Clearbrook Advisory Committee.

Clearbrook’s funds are raised for each investment from high net worth individuals, hedge funds, investment funds and industry partners around the world.

Clearbrook provides relevant analytical and operational management expertise to each of its portfolio companies and typically works alongside specialist industry partners to help create more efficient businesses and to enhance shareholder value.

Clearbrook team members are often seconded into portfolio companies to assist in the acceleration of business plan objectives – typically within the first 100 days of making an investment. Further ‘hands-on’ time is spent as needed to maintain a flexible and dynamic approach to achieving strategic and financial goals.

Members of the Clearbrook team have led acquisitions and financing of transactions worth in excess of €20 billion, in over 15 countries. Members of the team also have specialist capital markets experience across Europe and the US.

Clearbrook’s current portfolio includes companies in the asset management, property, infrastructure, and trade receivables financing sectors across Europe. Clearbrook's asset management portfolio companies currently manage in excess of £7.5 billion and its financial services sector portfolio companies have in excess of 138 corporate clients.
